IMPORTANT CLUB INFORMATION:

Employee Holiday Fund

We are accepting contributions for the Annual Employee Holiday Fund. If you wish to contribute, please donate at the holiday party or in the Golf Shop no later than Sunday, December 14th. We kindly ask that all contributions are made by cash or check made out to "Blackhawk Country Club."

5% Off 2026 Dues / Pay-In-Full Discount

As a reminder, all Memberships will automatically renew for the 2026 season.

For Members who would like to take advantage of the Pay-In-Full Discount:

Your membership account must be paid in full and in good standing before making any payments towards your 2026 Membership.

Starting this year credit card payments are now eligible to receive the 5% Paid in Full discount for Full, Rising, and Weekday Membership Dues along with cash/check prior to December 23, 2025, a 5% dues discount will be applied. *If you mail a check, please email membership@blackhawkct.com and let us know to expect your payment. IF paying by credit card please make the payment in person at the Pro Shop or contact Chris Caulfield at 475-410-5933 for payment to be processed over the phone.

Members who do not elect to pay in full will be enrolled in the Installment Plan: Full, Rising, and Weekday Membership Dues are billed in six equal installments January-June 2026. Please, see the 2026 Dues Schedule below.

As a reminder, all credit book must be redeemed by December 24, 2025. You may use credit book to purchase golf shop merchandise, food, and beverages.

If you have any of the black cart towels or white shower towels in your lockers please return them to the hampers in either Locker Room so they can be laundered.

This year's last day of play, weather permitting, will be Sunday, November 30th. The Restaurant's last day of operation for the season will be Friday, December 19th. The pro shop will be open with limited hours until Wednesday, December 24th. Hours for the Pro Shop and Restaurant for December will be posted starting in the November newsletters.

PRO SHOP TRICK OR TREAT SALE

The Pro Shop sale where you can get up to 100% off, YES WE SAID 100% OFF, any Blackhawk Logo-ed Merchandise and Golf Shoes in the Pro Shop is still taking place. The way the discount works is when you go to check out at the counter once the purchase is rung in to the system, you will have the opportunity to pull a playing card from the deck and whatever card you pull will correspond to a discounted amount off your bill.

TOYS FORE JOY

We have one more golf event on the calendar for the season, our Toys Fore Joy Turkey Shoot! This special event helps support a great cause, and guests are welcome. Come celebrate the end of the season with this fun four player scramble! Registrations are now open, sign up in the Pro Shop.

MEMBER APPRECIATION HOLIDAY PARTY

Our Member Appreciation Holiday Party is Tuesday, November 25th. Come join us for a joyous evening to celebrate the season. We will also have a special guest appearance by Jonathan Goodman, Executive Vice President of New City Blackhawk. He cannot wait to meet all of you. We will have a complimentary open bar and hors d'oeuvres from 5:30-7:30. Guests are welcome, $25/pp payable by cash, check, or member charge. Please RSVP in advance in the golf shop. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there!
