STAFFING NEWS!!!!!


We are excited to announce the latest addition to the Blackhawk Management team, Chef Chris Hurley.


Chef Chris Hurley is an accomplished Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. A graduate of Lincoln Tech Culinary School, Chef Hurley has built a distinguished career defined by creativity, leadership, and a passion for excellence.


For many years, he served as the Executive Chef at Mill River CC,  where he led a busy kitchen with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency. . His leadership fostered a culture of teamwork and consistency, delivering exceptional dining experiences to members and guests alike.


Today, Chef Hurley brings experience and culinary artistry to Blackhawk. His dedication to quality, creativity, and hospitality defines his approach to every plate he serves. This is reflected in the all new Blackhawk Menu, which you can view in the Restaurant News section below.



IMPORTANT RESTAURANT & COURSE INFORMATION:


Friday, October 10th - The kitchen will close at 2pm and the Restaurant will close at 3pm to set up for a wedding taking place upstairs that night.


Saturday, October 11th - The kitchen will close at 2pm and the Restaurant will close at 3pm to set up for a wedding taking place upstairs that night.


Monday, October 13th - The course and restaurant will be open for Columbus Day. The first tee time will be at 7:30am and the practice facilities will be open at 6:30am. The Restaurant will be open from 11am-4pm.


Tuesday, October 14th - The course and restaurant will be CLOSED for a private golf outing.


Friday, October 24th - The course and restaurant will be CLOSED for a private golf outing.


This year's last day of play, weather permitting, will be Sunday, November 30th. The Restaurant's last day of operation for the season will be Friday, December 19th. The pro shop will be open with limited hours until Wednesday, December 24th. Hours for the Pro Shop and Restaurant for December will be posted starting in the November newsletters.

CLOSING DAY SCRAMBLE


Registration is now open for this year's Closing Day ABCD Scramble, will take place, Saturday, October 18th. Registrations are now open so sign up in the Pro Shop.




RESTAURANT NEWS


Last week we did a soft launch of our new and improved Restaurant menu along with our new hours of operation for the rest of the season. This week we are unveiling the new menu to all of you, we hope to see you in the Restaurant

Tuesday 11-4pm

Wednesday 11-6pm (4-6 Happy Hour)

Thursday 11-6pm (4-6 Happy Hour)

Friday 11-6pm (4-6 Happy Hour)

Saturday 10-4pm

Sunday 10-4pm

HAPPY HOUR!!!


Wednesday through Friday we will offer a Happy Hour Menu with food and drink specials from 4-6pm.
