Hello everyone! It looks like the weather is starting to turn in our favor. The trees and flowers are budding and the grass is a bright emerald green. These are the perfect ingredients for a wonderful day of golf here at Blackhawk Country Club.
Annual Facility Fee
Just a reminder that on May 1st, all members were charged with the annual Facility Fee of $199/member. This fee covers unlimited use of the Driving Range and Practice Facilities.
Member Services - Lockers, Club & Push/Pull Cart Storage
Use of lockers, club, push and pull cart storage is continuous*, please do not resubmit if you already had storage privileges in 2024. All storage were billed on April 1st.
Please submit the form below to be added to the waitlist for storage. Storage will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. If you have previously requested storage, you are already waitlisted and do not need to resubmit.
*Cancellation: If you currently have a locker but do not need a locker for 2025 please notify us by sending an email to membership@blackhawkct.com immediately.
Reciprocal Course Reminders
You must be paid current on your 2025 membership dues to enjoy reciprocal privileges. Please remember to CALL Silo Point Country Club, The Golf Club at Oxford Greens or Tunxis Country Club and speak directly with the Golf Shop to reserve your tee time under a reciprocal rate.

Course Update
Good Morning, I’d like to introduce myself my name is Pat Cavallaro. I’ll be taking over for CJ, as the new course Superintendent here at Blackhawk. We’ve been seeding/soiling, fertilizing, spraying, and mowing. Course conditions are getting better each day as we dry out and the fertilizer kicks in. I hope to see you out on the course.

This spring, we are running a new deal: Join Now, Play Now – No Dues until July! With this, the sooner a new member joins, the sweeter the deal. New members who join now will be billed annually on a July-June cycle. *The initiation fee is due immediately upon joining.
As a friendly reminder: Current members are eligible for a $500 Referral Credit for each new member who joins. New members can designate a referring member on their application. We appreciate your support in growing our community by inviting your family, friends and colleagues to join us!

Custom Club Fitting Event
We are happy to announce that we will be holding a Club Fitting event on May 14th from 2pm-6pm. You must register for a fitting appointment, you can do so by clicking this link. Do not miss out on this great opportunity to get fitted with a Taylor Made Professional.
May Restaurant Closures
In May the Restaurant will be closed for Special Events please see below for the dates and times the Restaurant will be closed.
May 3rd (this Saturday) we will close the Restaurant and Bar at 4pm for a Private Event that starts at 5pm.
May 9th (Friday) the Kitchen only will close at 2pm.
May 11th the Restaurant only will be closed all day.
