We hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday! As we welcome in a new year here are a few updates to keep everyone in the loop during the off-season.
Contacting The Club
During winter hours, the most efficient way to reach the Club is by email: membership@blackhawkct.com. This is a shared inbox monitored by multiple team members to ensure fast and reliable year-round communication.
Annual Billing
As a reminder annual dues billing will begin on 1/2/25. You may access your bill anytime by visiting the "Member Area" on the website, or the "Member Billing" tab on the app. (Your login credentials mimic your online tee time booking credentials.)
Please be sure to make payments on any charges from 2024 to ensure a seamless billing process into 2025.
The Installment Plan is offered as a courtesy for those who did not choose to pay their dues in full. The monthly payments (January-June) are mandatory. Members must complete all monthly payments on time (paid no later than the last day of each month) to remain in good standing and to remain eligible for any promotions applied to their Membership plan. Members who do not remain in good standing will be subject to an Initiation Fee and New Member policies.

Course Schedule
The golf course and driving range are now closed for the season. During this time we require that there is no play or pedestrian traffic on the course so the turf can remain healthy throughout the winter.
Reciprocal Course Reminders
All Active Members are encouraged to take advantage of their Reciprocal Benefits throughout the off-season... during which our public courses may be open for play as weather allows! Please remember to CALL The Golf Club at Oxford Greens/Tunxis Country Club and speak directly with the Golf Shop to reserve your tee time under a reciprocal rate.

Lockers
If you currently have a locker but do not need a locker for 2025 please notify us by sending an email to membership@blackhawkct.com no later than January 14, 2025.

The restaurant is currently closed for the season, we are looking forward to re-opening in the Spring and will provide updates as soon as they are available.
