Important Member Agreement & Policies Update

Dear Blackhawk Members,


It has been six months since New City Blackhawk OPCO LLC acquired Blackhawk Country Club from Alliance Golf and during this time we worked on making small adjustments to enhance the overall member experience at the club while listening to your suggestions from the Member Holiday Party back in November.


During this off-season we want you to all know that the Management team is diligently working on the upcoming Club Calendar for the 2026 season. We will release the 2026 Club Calendar in the upcoming February Monthly Newsletter so be on the lookout for that.


As General Manager, I have been working with the Executive Team on updating our Membership Agreement and Membership Policies for the 2026 Season and going forward. We feel that by establishing new clear rules and policies this will enhance the overall value of being a Member here at Blackhawk Country Club. Please, take the time to review both the Member Agreement and Member Policies before we reopen in the Spring. We are requiring that the Membership Agreement is signed by all members and returned by the start of the 2026 Season.


IMPORTANT HIGHLIGHTED UPDATES


There are some important areas that have been updated in both the Agreement and the Policies that I would like to call out to the membership. Please, review these new terms so that you will all be familiar with them for the start of the 2026 season.


Membership Agreement Updates

  • A valid Drivers License is required to rent a golf cart during play

  • Terms to request a Medical Leave of Absence

  • Resignation as a member at Blackhawk CC

  • Terms regarding charge account delinquency penalties and process of collections


Membership Policy Updates

  • Club Calendar runs from the beginning of April to the end of November, weather permitting

  • Weekend Walking policy

  • Good Standing policy

  • Harassment on property

  • Reciprocal Club access
