Happy February everyone! Well Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow today, so that means another 6 more weeks of winter! Hopefully, Mother Nature will be kind to us melt this snow by spring.
In this newsletter you will find a copy of the UPDATED Membership Agreement and Policies, the 2026 Club Calendar, and an offer for our members from On Point Chiropractic Sports Performance & Rehab, owned by current member Dr. Mark Konopka.
We will still send out the monthly Member Update on the first of every month.
If there is something that needs immediate attention please email Chris Caulfield at chris@blackhawkct.com.
As General Manager, I have been working with the Executive Team on updating our Membership Agreement and Membership Policies for the 2026 Season and going forward. We feel that by establishing new clear rules and policies this will enhance the overall value of being a Member here at Blackhawk Country Club. Please, take the time to review both the Member Agreement and Member Policies before we reopen in the Spring. We are requiring that the Membership Agreement is signed by all members and returned by the start of the 2026 Season.

Member Billing
All outstanding member account balances must be settled as soon as possible.
This will allow more seamless billing for 2026 dues. You may access the member billing portal on the app, or by clicking here.

If your account is 60 DAYS PAST DUE it will be sent to a debt collector and your Membership Account will be SUSPENDED until your account is back in good standing.
2026 Member Event Club Calendar
We are proud to release the 2026 Member Event Club Calendar today. There will be some more member dining events that will be added to calendar once the dates are confirmed. Please, see the attached calendar and there is also a printable version as well.

Get Your Body Ready for Golf Season: Free Blackhawk Member Exclusive Workshop
Golf season is right around the corner and the golfers who feel their best all season aren’t the ones reacting to pain, aches, and stiffness once play starts. They’re the ones preparing their bodies before the first tee. This 60-minute Golf Mobility Workshop is for golfers who take their health seriously and want to head into the season moving well, swinging freely, and playing with confidence...not just “getting by.”The workshop will be led by On Point Chiropractic Sports Performance & Rehab's Dr. Mark and Dr. Ryan, both Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Medical & Fitness Certified providers.
That means everything you’ll learn is grounded in how the body actually moves during the golf swing, not generic stretching or random exercises. We’ll break down how mobility, rotation, and stability directly affect your swing, consistency, and long-term durability, and show you how to prepare your body for the demands of golf instead of reacting to breakdown later.
