Course Schedule
The golf course and driving range will close for the season on Sunday, December 10th. After this date we ask that there is no play on the golf course.
All Active Members are encouraged to take advantage of their Reciprocal Benefits throughout the off-season... during which our public courses may be open for play as weather allows! Please remember to CALL The Golf Club at Oxford Greens/Tunxis Country Club and speak directly with the Golf Shop to reserve your tee time under a reciprocal rate.
Golf Shop hours December 11-23 will be as follows:
Monday: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Reminder To Use Your Golf Shop Credit
Friendly reminder: all golf shop credit will expire when we close shop at the end of the year. Please visit and buy something your heart desires before it expires!
Lockers & Club/Cart Storage
If you currently have a locker but do not need a locker for 2024, please remove your belongings and return your key by Sunday, December 10th to avoid being billed for 2024.
If you would like your Golf Bag or Push Cart for the winter months, please remove during shop hours until Friday, December 22nd.
Employee Holiday Fund
We have begun taking contributions for the Annual Employee Holiday Fund. Anyone who would like to donate to the Staff Fund can donate in the Golf Shop no later than Sunday, December 17. We kindly ask that all contributions are made by cash or check made out to "Blackhawk Country Club". Alliance will be matching 100% of all donations to the employee fund and these funds will be distributed to the employees on their December 22nd paychecks.
Reminder To Update Your Member Profile
Please be reminded, we have asked all current members to resubmit a completed Membership Application. Please download below or visit the golf shop for a copy at your earliest convenience. This is to ensure we have updated membership profiles for everyone, particularly the longtime members that were adopted through the transition back in 2022. You should also review the Membership Policies in the 2024 Membership Brochure which aim to answer many of the FAQ we have received from members over the last few years.
