Website Updates
This weekend we launched phase one of our new website! You may notice changes as we continue to load content into the new site. If you find anything out of sorts, please do not hesitate to email membership@blackhawkct.com with your feedback. The Member Area link is accessible on the top right of the screen for both desktop and mobile.
Spring Membership Drive
We will be running our final promotion for the 2024 season throughout the month of April. New Members are eligible for 15% Off Annual Dues for the 2024 & 2025 seasons. Special priced preview rounds are also offered at $99 this month. If you have friends or family who missed out on our Fall promotion – now is their last chance to lock-in great rates for this year and next! 2024 Club Calendar
Our 2024 club calendar is set! Please see below to see dates of our golf and member events this season. Event flyers will be available to view on the television outside of the golf shop, and keep an eye out for our "Tournament and Event Roundup" emails with all imperative club event information and updates sent weekly. Events open at least one month in advance with all sign-ups taking place in the golf shop. You will see many new events on the calendar, we are putting an emphasis on fun and unique experiences on the course. Save the dates and please feel free to reach out to the golf shop with any questions.
Golf Course Schedule & Projects
Hello Members of Blackhawk Country Club,
Hopefully almost everyone has gotten the chance to get out and play. If you did get the chance, then you have seen the fluctuations in not only temperature but also precipitation. This has created some challenges with certain projects on the golf course. We are looking forward to some better weather patterns following the rain this week. While the weather stays as wet as it is, please remain driving on the paths in wet areas. Be mindful that carts are to stay on the paths on all Par 3’s everyday. Also please make sure to keep carts on paths near the teeing grounds.
This past month we have been diligently clearing the golf course of debris, fixing washouts on the cart paths, and getting ready to start the mowers. We also recently complete greens aerification. That process went smoothly, allowing us to remove a lot of unwanted material from the greens and replace it with our top-dress sand. Looking ahead this month, we will be starting to mow very soon as well as getting the robotic mowers out there.

Restaurant Update
We are planning on beginning full service to members between late April and early May. Rest assured we are doing everything in our control to get service up and running as soon as possible. In the interim there will not be liquor available as we await new permits. We will update members as our timeline becomes more finalized. Thank you for your patience during this time.
Billing
Member Statements are sent out on the 2nd of every month, and payments are due no later than the last day of every month. The Member Billing portal can be found in the Member Area of the website and on the Mobile App. Please contact membership@blackhawkct.com with any billing questions.
At this point, Members enrolled in the installment plan must have paid the January, February, and March installments, plus any outstanding charges, to be eligible for play. The mandatory Range Fee will be billed to all Memberships on May 1, 2024.
Optional Member Services
All optional member services such as GHIN Handicap, club and push cart storage, Mill River plan, and lockers will be billed on April 1. Any members who opted into these services last year will be automatically renewed. If you would no longer like any services or if you would like to sign-up for any services please email membership@blackhawkct.com or stop by the golf shop.

Member Updates (newsletters) will be distributed monthly via email from membership@blackhawkct.com To view a feed of published Member Updates, please visit the Member Area.
More timely course updates, tournament information, and reminders are sent out via push notification on the Mobile App. Make sure push notifications are set to “ON” to receive these updates. If you need assistance, please contact Alex or James.
Golf Shop / Merchandise
Members have the option to join a Mill River Plan this season! A Mill River Plan is a buying plan designed to provide players with discounted pricing on goods purchased through the Blackhawk Golf Shop. The concept is simple: there is an upfront fee to join the program and then all your golf shop purchases are discounted to 10% above wholesale costs. This includes Equipment, Balls, Gloves, Shoes, Shirts, Hats, and SPECIAL ORDERS! This great program saves you hundreds of dollars on all your golfing needs throughout the season.
Along with offering the Mill River Plan, we will also be carrying some new lines across both golf shops for 2024 including Ralph Lauren/RLX, Greg Norman, Turtleson, Footjoy, and more!
The 2024 Mill River charge will be $199 for Single Memberships and $249 for Families. You can opt-in to the Mill River Plan by contacting the golf shop.
