2024 Membership Announcement

Dear Members,

With Fall right around the corner it is time to release our updated Membership Categories & dues schedule for the 2024 Season, and introduce our 2024 Fall Membership Drive:

Membership Categories and Dues

All Members are responsible for reviewing the Dues, Fees, and Membership Policies as outlined in the 2024 Membership Brochure.

Key Notes for 2024:

• All Current Members who remain active at their home club for the 2024 season will not be subject to the $1500 Initiation Fee

• There will be NO Food and Beverage Minimums or Assessments in 2024.

• "Junior" Membership class has been rebranded to “Rising" Members

• The Twilight membership category has been eliminated at both clubs as this category comprised of less than 4% of the total membership. *Current Twilight members may upgrade to a Weekday or Full membership for 2024 season with no initiation fee and are eligible for the member referral program discount if they refer a new member.

• Public Course Reciprocal Cart Rate will be $30.00 per round and the Public Course Driving Ranges will be available a la carte.

• Student Members wishing to have credit accounts must have a credit card on file to accrue charges. Student Credit Accounts must have a parent/guardian over the age of 18 place a credit card on file. (This is not an automatic payment option – All Members must manage their account and make monthly payments)

Mandatory For ALL Members:

• All Renewing Members must submit a NEW Membership Application and Photo ID for the 2024 season. With this, we can be sure that we have current contact information on file for all members. We thank you very much in advance for your cooperation!

Pay-In-Full Discount (Save 5%!)

Any current member who pays-in-full by cash or check before 12/23/2023, will receive a 5% courtesy discount on the annualized dues. This offer can be combined with the“Welcome to 20/24 Referral Program.”

Members are also welcome to enroll in the Installment Plan, paying the annual dues in six equal installments, January-June 2024 via card/cash/check/ACH (this payment plan is not eligible for 5% off).

Welcome to 20/24 Referral Program

Our referral program is back with a new twist! We are very excited to share with you the Welcome To 20/24 Referral Program! The program is simple: Recruit a New Member to EITHER CLUB (Silo Point or Blackhawk) – Both you & the New Member receive 20% OFF* your Dues for 24 MONTHS!

*The membership must be equivalent to your current membership level. If you refer a lower level, you will receive 20% of the annual dues total of the New Member. Both members must remain in good standing for the duration of the 24 months to receive the discount. 20% off will be issued as a discount to the monthly dues in 2024. 2025 dues discount will be issued as a statement credit in June of 2025. All initiation fees, dues, discount, credits are nonrefundable and non-transferable.

**Student Members are not eligible for promotion

Members may start recruiting and selling this program for 2024 beginning today – August 1, 2023 and the New Member will be able to enjoy access to the course and reciprocal benefits immediately upon joining and for the remainder of the 2023 season! (A $1500 non-refundable initiation fee is due upon joining.)

The Referral Credit is valid with a referral at EITHER CLUB (SILO POINT OR BLACKHAWK CC)! New Members must include the Referring Member's name on their application at the time of joining for Referring Member to receive credit.

Both the New Member and Recruiting Member are eligible for an additional 5% off if Paid-In-Full by 12/23/2023; however, NEW members must pay-in-full at time of joining to receive the 5% discount. (In other words, the New Member must pay-in-full the $1500 initiation fee & the discounted 2024 Annual Dues to receive the additional 5% discount.)

FORMER Members are eligible for the New Member Promotion! There are no restrictions on "new" membership for 2024. Former members who are rejoining will be subject to the Initiation Fee.

Prospective Members should fill out the form at www.blackhawkct.com to receive the 2024 Membership Brochure and Application. Printed membership materials are also available in the golf shop.

We have a few great tournaments coming up to finish of the 2023 golf season including the Alliance Cup and our annual Toys Fore Joy turkey shoot which generates donations for local families in need each holiday season. Stay tuned for sign ups every Tuesday in the Tournament & Event Roundup emails!
