THE “MILL RIVER” PLAN A Mill River Plan is a buying plan designed to provide players discounted pricing on goods purchased through the Blackhawk and Silo Point Pro Shops. The concept is fairly simple: there is an upfront fee to join the program and then all of your golf shop purchases are discounted to 10% above wholesale costs. This including Equipment, Balls, Gloves, Shoes, Shirts, Hats and SPECIAL ORDERS! This great program saves you hundreds of dollars on all your golfing needs throughout the season. The 2023 Mill River charge will be $199 for Single Memberships and $249 for Families. This fee will be billed January 1, and you can opt in by filling out the form linked above.
